Adam Ramseyer
With a lifelong immersion in the construction industry, rooted in a family of custom home builders, I bring a vast breadth of experience across a wide array of environments and project types. At the age of 20, I launched and led my first real estate team, where I personally achieved annual sales of 75-100 units, while simultaneously managing a high-performing team responsible for selling 400-500 units per year. My leadership in this space has been marked by my ability to build cohesive teams, inspire high performance, and deliver exceptional results.
In my construction career, I’ve overseen a range of projects, from ground-up new construction to complex renovations, consistently managing both timelines and quality control with precision. My ability to motivate teams with varying levels of experience and drive has been instrumental in ensuring project success. I am particularly skilled in coaching, where I guide teams through the intricacies of project management, sales processes, and client relations, ensuring that each phase is executed to the highest standard.
Beyond my professional work, I’ve also used my skills for global impact. My travels across multiple countries have allowed me to collaborate with nonprofits on humanitarian missions, where I’ve played a hands-on role in constructing shelters for communities in need. Additionally, my work with disabled individuals through equine therapy has been both fulfilling and impactful, further broadening the scope of my contributions.
Currently, I remain deeply committed to working with nonprofits in Utah and surrounding states, where I leverage my construction expertise and leadership skills to serve organizations dedicated to improving lives. Being a resource to the nonprofit community is a cause that is deeply important to both me and my family, and I take pride in continuing this mission with dedication and passion.
Aaron Cuha
Aaron Cuha is a multifaceted professional whose career spans entrepreneurship, real estate, mortgage consulting, public speaking, and philanthropy. As a licensed real estate broker, international coach, and sought-after speaker with Tom Ferry International—the top real estate coaching organization—Aaron has dedicated his career to empowering professionals in the real estate and mortgage industries worldwide. With nearly three decades of experience, his expertise and leadership have made him a respected authority in his field.
Aaron’s business accomplishments are extensive. He founded Synergy Financial, dba Directlender.com, a mortgage and real estate company that grew into one of the largest privately held brokerages in the United States, with over 300 branches nationwide. After its successful sale in 2007, he held leadership roles at Chase Merritt Residential LLC, overseeing national operations and strategic dispositions, and at Fiserv, a Fortune 100 company, where he directed digital mortgage product strategies. Today, Aaron leads Synergy Group Inc., a global consulting firm driving innovation in real estate and mortgage technology.
Beyond his professional achievements, Aaron is deeply committed to philanthropy. Together with his wife Debbie, he founded The Center for Global Change (C4GC), a nonprofit organization focused on improving the lives of abused and underprivileged children worldwide. Through C4GC and other charitable initiatives, Aaron actively supports programs that foster enrichment and provide aid to impoverished communities. He also serves on the boards of several local and national charitable organizations.
A licensed pilot, avid traveler, and talented photographer, Aaron has a passion for adventure and exploration. He has lived abroad and currently splits his time between Park City, Utah, and Cabo San Lucas. His diverse interests and dedication to serving others make him a valued member of any community he joins.

Shane Mitchell
With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Shane Mitchell is a seasoned leader recognized for his expertise and strategic foresight. His career spans multiple sectors, including real estate, property management, technology, and construction oversight. Shane has also consulted for some of North America’s largest real estate hedge funds, providing invaluable insights into complex industry trends, as well as gaps.
Shane’s entrepreneurial journey includes building and leading a National Asset Management firm that managed the maintenance, repair, and oversight of more than 50,000 residential properties each month. He also co-produced and hosted a popular radio show at iHeartMedia in Central Florida, sharing expert commentary on national real estate markets.
Currently, Shane is the co-founder and owner of a high-end residential construction company serving the luxury markets of Park City, Utah, and Jackson, Wyoming. In addition, he leads a technology firm that provides innovative solutions to large portfolio owners across the United States. Shane’s business approach is rooted in a commitment to philanthropy, striving to integrate giving back into every endeavor. He is actively involved in his local community, serving on the leadership committee for local Habitat for Humanity chapters and strategically aligned with the National Ability Center in Park City (DiscoverNAC.org).
Shane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics with a minor in Business Finance from Florida State University. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys year-round mountain activities with his wife and two young children, exploring the beautiful landscapes of Utah.
